  • Overview

    An Executive Administrator provides high level clerical and administrative support and assistance that is moderately complex to at least one member of the Company’s Leadership Team. Additionally, an Executive Administrator carries out a variety of responsibilities, at the general direction of his or her manager, referring only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.


    • Provide high level clerical and administrative support to designated executive(s) of the Leadership Team including, managing the executive’s calendar, scheduling and confirming appointments, arranging for meeting rooms or facilities, making and confirming travel plans; follow up on outstanding assignments delegated to executive’s subordinates.
    • Conserve executive’s time by reading, researching and routing correspondence, as appropriate.
    • Appropriately screen visitors, phone calls, meeting invitations, emails or physical mail, and direct accordingly; provide information to callers, who may include key internal or external sources, requiring comprehensive knowledge of company policies, practices and operations; maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. 
    • Produce reports, presentations and briefs, compile and submit executive expense report and monitor reimbursement.
    • Establish and maintain executive’s files in a complete and orderly manner, ensuring retention of all required materials.
    • Handle ad hoc requests and queries appropriately





    Basic Requirements:
    • Associate’s Degree
    • Three (3) years of executive administrative support experience

    Additional Responsibilities:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field preferred

    • Project management experience preferred

    • Data Analytics experience preferred

    • Strong decision-making and judgment capability
    • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively communicate with Company personnel at all levels, executives from external organizations, including government, regulatory or businesses
    • Convey a professional image
    • Able to acquire and utilize a thorough knowledge of organization policies, practices and operations to perform required administrative details, including meeting planning, responding to non-routine inquiries, and gathering background information for sensitive or confidential reports
    • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously
    • Strong Microsoft office skills
