    A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

    Supports an array of Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Managers, Human Resource Business Partners, and hiring managers at all levels.  You know that “to do” list you start with each day? It will likely get reorganized, reprioritized or changed. Every day may look different but that is the excting part!  We thrive in that fast paced environment and we hope you do too!

    Provides administrative support to the talent acquisition team including but not limited to:

    • Scheduling phone and on-site interviews, coordinating travel, processing background checks and insuring all compliance related documentation is complete
    • Acts as a liaison between recruiters, candidates and hiring managers
    • Processes internal promotions
    • Manages pre-employment screening process, post-offer employment and on-boarding activities
    • Manages travel and expense reimbursements for candidates

    Do you have the qualifications?

    Basic Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related discipline
    • One or more years of experience as an administrative, human resources, or recruiting role required
    • Experience in Avature ATS a plus
