What does an Instructional Designer do?
Develops learning and delivery strategies including leader guides, participant guides, learning activities, reference guides or job-aids, video scripts, and eLearning.
Designs multimedia solutions for all collateral types such as print, presentation, html, eLearning, and video.
Identifies most effective ways to communicate messages in print and related media using color, graphics, illustrations, photography, and animation.
Develops partnerships and works collaboratively with clients to produce quality training materials.
Adheres to best in class instructional design processes that produces effective, high-quality training materials in an efficient manner.
Collaborates with team members to ensure sound instructional design practices and expand professional knowledge through peer review and discussion.
