The office of Institutional Effectiveness is seeking an experienced professional in training related to outcomes-based assessment.
This role does not have any direct reports; it supports the creation and delivery of assessment training to internal customers and supports internal customers with regards to outcomes-based assessment of student learning activities (both academic and co-curricular). The ideal candidate will be a resource in the areas of academic and co-curricular assessment. Experience collaborating with college/school leadership, faculty, and staff in program design, evaluation, the use of assessment results all to improve student learning and assessment practice is highly preferred. Experience supporting assessment of student learning within co-curricular areas is also a plus
