Leads the overall global security function for the organization, including physical security, travel safety & security, crisis management, business continuity, and the global security operations center (GSOC). Responsible for all aspects of strategic planning, development, organization, direction, and implementation of the organization’s global security program.
Proven leadership expertise with a team of direct and indirect reports and third party security personnel. Possesses a track record of developing talent for increased responsibilities over time.Must be able to demonstrate a high level of conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking to develop and implement the organization’s security and safety programs.
Ability to effectively communicate and enforce the organization’s security and safety programs, policies, and procedures to company personnel in a professional manner.
Must possess the ability to effectively communicate and present findings and recommendations to executive management team and outside parties.
